因個人資料之蒐集，恐涉及您的隱私權益，依據個人資料保護法（以下稱個資法）第8條第1項規定，應明確告知您下列事項：
1.機關名稱：臺灣大學政治學系。

2.蒐集目的：本系講座活動報名使用。

3.個人資料之類別：真實姓名、服務單位/職稱、聯絡資料（電郵、電話）、學號。

4.本系僅在中華民國境內利用您的個人資料，您在所提供的個人資料，將因應前述個人資料之蒐集目的保存1年。

5.您的權利及行使方式：您可依個資法第3條之當事人權利，閱覽、補充、更正或刪除您的資料。

Due to the collection of personal data, it may involve your privacy rights. According to Article 8(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act , you should clearly inform you of the following:

2. the purpose of collection: the Department of the lecture activities registration.
